At SILKSILKY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your silk items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest return portal to submit a request with your order number and the reason for return.
Package Your Items
Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all silk-care tags still attached.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
