We recommend hand washing in cold water with a pH-neutral detergent. If using a machine, select the delicate cycle and use a mesh laundry bag. Always air dry away from direct sunlight.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping usually takes 7-12 business days, while express shipping takes 3-5 business days. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold, which is specified at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items like silk underwear may not be eligible for return.
